Soft Tail Spirits began distilling in 2008 with the goal of creating the finest spirits possible using the most traditional equipment available. The distillery's first batches were Grappas created from local wineries' excess pressings - a distinctive blend of Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet wine grapes.
Next, Soft Tail turned their attention to creating a vodka that was completely different from anything else on the market. Rather than the traditional grain or potato, Soft Tail vodka is made from the Washington State Apple and fit for the most discerning palates.
Soft Tail Spirits' Tasting Room is in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country and open Friday, 3-5 pm, Saturday & Sunday, 12-5 pm.
